Russell Whyman Another stunning album from Projected Twin and like the Earths Vs World album another piece of outstanding album art.

Prog rock at it's best. The influences are obvious in places but never take away from their own sound. Favorite track: Post Secret.
Eric
Eric thumbnail
Eric Beautiful and intelligent Progressive Rock. You can easily tell from the first few minutes that Projected Twin is a meticulously thought-out and planned musical project, and is an extremely complex and beautiful listen all the way through. Favorite track: Post Secret.

Rachel Rose Mitchell Fantastic progressive post rock. Go check out the free acoustic version of Shark Water, too! Wonderful. Favorite track: Shark Water.
Finbar

Finbar 3.8/5 - Not necessarily a boundary-breaker, but an impressive debut of emotive alt-prog. Favorite track: Oh! The Drama.
Johann Niedermeier

Johann Niedermeier I've read a favourable review on progarchives from someone I know shares my taste and that's all I need to know.

Post Secret 10:48
I walk across a dotted line to see if i can find A place for this furniture in my mind Of late my breath is falling short I don’t think I’m alright If i knew there was a problem I’d make time We can not define, we can’t even hide Who we were before, people had tried I wish i hadn’t lied, pushed the difference aside and well what you couldn’t see they were in front of me. Learning through burning what we know we cannot define. Who we were before We can’t even hide who we were before Time is wearing thin Please don’t just give in I’ve been standing here We now live in fear We can’t define Who we were before
2.
I’m waiting for their minds to finally transfer. I guess i don’t see any sign of life. Through all of these bricks and this mortar a species like lambs to the slaughter. And finally the truth has dawned on me. If we don’t stand for something then, i guess we’re gonna fall for almost anything they throw at us, man is an entity that we can’t trust. Our next generation will complain and it’s going to blame THIS one for everything, that they have learned. We know the outcome but look at all the things we hurt. Some think it’s ok to ingore it. They close their eyes and prey to god we’ll endure it. As each small thing falls from existance. we’re losing a chance of resistance. people are waking up. now that some doors have shut. Something’s helping us to relate, even though we know it’s too late. So look at them fall as they wander aimlessly. If we don’t stand for something then, i guess we’re gonna fall for almost anything, the throw at us, man is an entity that we can’t trust. Our next generation will complain and it’s going to blame THIS one for everything, that they have learned. We know the outcome but look at all the things we hurt. If we don’t stand...

We Know It's True (free) 04:36
A boy sees a man A question’s got something to say He wants to know “Will we live through this?” Man turns his head Kid knows the answer right away You will be spared You can’t save all of them This is the world as we knew it before decay The other half was burned away Who did this? All of us We’re killing ourselves as we turn our heads the other way. The truth is now and here to stay We’re falling off our time-line Look into the eyes of our children They’ve got something to say Give me the truth Will we be safe? Can you save all of us? Well I told you the truth You will be spared Now we can’t save all of them We’re tripping over each other (várias vezes) Give me the truth (em off) Reaching out for a brother Can you tell me the truth? Will we be safe? Can you save all of us? Well I told you the truth You will be spared Now we can’t save all of them Can you tell me the truth? I will be saved, but we can’t save all of them? Well I hate the truth If I can be saved, why can’t we save al of them...?

Shark Water 03:59
I’ve been a while here And you stopped listening to me And I’m not moving anymore Because I know better than that This world is shaking me For all that I am worth And you, you’re not moving anymore Because I am no better than that Stop fighting it It’s not time Keep telling yourself you know why Keep breathing Find your life Your time is gonna’ be light And I wont cry When you are gone Keep on thinking It won’t be long I won’t die now That I’m alone Keep on fighting It wont be long
5.
If I was taking over You’d probably see some change in these ways That won’t be tamed Now that the world is older Now that it’s children see the way that it deteriorates. And we could still spend hours Wasted in our showers knowing the state we’re in And while our ears are listening Our hands will still be pissing any chance Of redemption away

Try 02:51
You wanted to see the world You wanted to feel it’s worth You wanted to see it fall flat on it’s face (yes you did you wipe that grin right back off your face) You wanted to heal the world You tried to appeal to world You wanted to see them all fall into place (Yes you did you wipe that grin right back off your face) You try not to fear the world But pain seeps through everyone You wanted to be the one But you just couldn’t speak the words (You wanted to be the one) You wanted to free the world (But pain seeps through everyone) But you just couldn’t speak the words

Deny 02:58
You wanted to see the world You wanted to feel it’s worth You wanted to see it fall flat on it’s face (yes you did you wipe that grin right back off your face) You wanted to heal the world You tried to appeal to world You wanted to see them all fall into place (Yes you did you wipe that grin right back off your face) You try not to fear the world But pain seeps through everyone You wanted to be the one But you just couldn’t speak the words (You wanted to be the one) You wanted to free the world (But pain seeps through everyone) But you just couldn’t speak the words
9.
I noticed a change Are you ok? Do you want me to go? Breathing is slowed “Why are you hurting us?” “Why did you change?” “It’s getting harder” “I can see it in your face” You robbed me Of my place You were always A foolish race Why are you crying? You did this to yourselves And now while you’re all dying. I’m something else Earth to World
10.
Silence, a circle, I’m living here with you Simple as breathing, but we’re breathing here for two There’s no way I could ever leave until we free the truth Appreciating your concern over this life and what we learned Through the years I try to churn With my eyes wide shut through all of this Oooh trying so hard to see….. Autumn and summer sunshine skies of grey That are turning round and round Leaving behind the smell of damp and decay I want to leave the ground Thinking of times that lead us into decay you lose grip but don’t let go Telling myself the sun will shine again again again Afraid I’ll say the wrong thing, lead astray the winding fleeting way The mindful being awake, the tiger sleeping in the den I’m falling in again Our somber certainty And I see you, through this life we try to learn Through the years I try to burn with my ears glued closed for once I’m tired of waiting for you to come clean and ease my mind This angle is turning on me to comprehend what I can But I could never turn a blind eye to our life Afraid I’ll say the wrong thing, lead astray the winding fleeting way The mindful being awake, the tiger sleeping in the den I’m falling in again, our somber certainty, our final long descent
